Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
We Package Our Fairing Kits Professionally
We employ a professional, multi-layer packing process designed to provide comprehensive protection for your fairings during transit:
- Individual Wrapping: Each plastic fairing piece is first individually and thoroughly wrapped using EPE (Expandable Polyethylene) foam sheets. This ensures all-around cushioning and surface protection against scratches and minor impacts.
- Internal Cushioning: All individually wrapped parts are then strategically arranged inside a robust, multi-layered corrugated cardboard box. All gaps between the components are filled with ample EPE foam or bubble wrap to eliminate any internal movement.
- Top & Bottom Reinforcement: Extra-thick layers of EPE foam are placed at the top and bottom of the box inside to absorb shocks that may occur during handling, such as drops or compression.
- External Corner Protection: For long-distance international shipping, we perform additional reinforcement on all external edges and corners of the box. This critical step significantly reduces the risk of damage in complex logistics environments.
By investing in such comprehensive packaging, we significantly minimize the risk of transit damage, giving you the confidence that your investment is protected from our door to yours.

Tracking Availability & Important Notices
- For US Customers (FedEx/UPS Tracking): - Last Updated: [11/01/2025]
Please be aware that your tracking number is generated at the time of shipment from our warehouse, but the initial status will only show "Label Created". This is because your order is first transported via ocean freight to our consolidation center in California. The tracking information will not update until the package arrives at the FedEx/UPS facility in the US and is scanned into their system. This ocean transit phase typically takes 3 weeks. There is no need for concern during this period, this is a normal part of our shipping process. - For Other Countries & Regions (Postal Service Tracking):
For orders outside the US, you can track your package directly on your local postal service's official website using the provided tracking number once the package has arrived in your country and been handed over to the local postal authority.
For the most accurate and up-to-date tracking information, we recommend using the carrier's official website or app. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after the expected update time, please contact us for assistance.
