Are your products OEM fairings?
All products sold on our site are high-quality aftermarket fairing kits. They are designed to be compatible with OEM specifications, but they are not manufactured by or affiliated with the original motorcycle manufacturers.
Will the fairing color match my OEM part exactly?
We do our best to match colors and designs. However, please note that as aftermarket fairings, we cannot guarantee a 100% perfect match to the OEM finish. There might be slight variations. What we can do is try to make it as close as possible. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Returns based solely on color not being an exact match will be subject to a restocking fee.
What is a “Custom Fairing” and why is it non-returnable?
A custom fairing is built to your unique specifications, such as a specific paint job, graphic, or design. Because these items are made exclusively for you, they are not resalable. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations or returns for custom fairing orders. Please double-check your custom requirements before placing your order.
Can i buy individual fairing parts?
Yes, individual fairing parts are available. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the new part will be an exact match to your existing OEM fairing or current set in terms of color and decals. There may be slight variations in the finish. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this potential discrepancy.

The entire process from the date of payment—including order processing and international shipping—is currently estimated to take 4 to 6 weeks, with exact timelines varying by country. International delivery involves several stages beyond our control: order processing, international flight availability, and most significantly, the customs clearance process in your country. These stages can be unpredictable, and we build the 4-6 week estimate to account for potential delays in any of them, ensuring you have a realistic expectation.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
This depends on your shipping destination:

We can provide any necessary commercial invoices or documentation to assist. The customer is typically responsible for contacting their local customs agency to pay any required fees to release the package.
How do you package the fairings to prevent damage during shipping?
We take packaging very seriously. Every fairing kit is protected with a multi-layer approach:

- Individual Wrapping:
Each plastic fairing piece is first individually and thoroughly wrapped using EPE (Expandable Polyethylene) foam sheets. This ensures all-around cushioning and surface protection against scratches and minor impacts. - Internal Cushioning:
All individually wrapped parts are then strategically arranged inside a robust, multi-layered corrugated cardboard box. All gaps between the components are filled with ample EPE foam or bubble wrap to eliminate any internal movement. - Top & Bottom Reinforcement:
Extra-thick layers of EPE foam are placed at the top and bottom of the box inside to absorb shocks that may occur during handling, such as drops or compression. - External Corner Protection:
For long-distance international shipping, we perform additional reinforcement on all external edges and corners of the box. This critical step significantly reduces the risk of damage in complex logistics environments.

What should I do if the package appears damaged upon delivery?
If your package arrives with visible damage, follow these steps immediately to ensure a quick resolution:

- Document the Evidence: Take clear photos and/or videos of the unopened damaged package from all angles.
- Unpack Carefully & Record: Open the box with care and continue recording the unpacking process to document any damage to the fairings inside.
- Report Immediately: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and all the photos/video evidence. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue promptly, typically by sending replacements or issuing a refund.

How long does a custom fairing kit take to produce?
Custom orders require extra care and attention. Please allow 2-3 weeks for custom fairing processing. A more precise timeline will be provided after we finalize your custom design.
Can I return a custom fairing kit if I’m not satisfied?
Due to their personalized nature, all custom fairing kits are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded. They are made exclusively for you and are not resalable.
Our Commitment to Satisfaction: We are committed to working closely with you to ensure your custom requirements—including colors, graphics, and overall design—are met as closely as possible. We will carefully review all details with you before production begins to create a fairing you’ll love.
What if there is a mistake with my custom order?
We stand behind our work. If we have made an error and the finished product does not match the approved design, please contact us immediately with photos. We will work with you to correct the mistake, which may include remanufacturing the item or offering a resolution we both agree upon.
Can I make changes to my custom fairing order after I’ve placed it?
Yes, but the possibility and any associated fees depend on timing, as production schedules are tightly managed.

- Changes within 48 hours of order confirmation: You can request modifications to your design, color, or graphics free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will gladly update your order.

- Changes requested after 48 hours: Once the 48-hour window has passed, your order enters our production queue. Changes at this stage disrupt the workflow and often require redoing completed work.
Therefore, changes are generally not accepted after 48-hour. In exceptional cases, if a change is still feasible, it will be subject to a 25% change fee of the order value, to cover the additional labor and material costs incurred. Feasibility is determined at our discretion.
We strongly recommend carefully reviewing and finalizing all your custom requirements with our team before placing your order to ensure your vision is captured perfectly from the start.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds FAQs
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order under the following conditions:

- Full Refund (Within 48 hours): Contact us within 48 hours of your payment for a free cancellation and a full refund with no penalty.
- Partial Refund (After 48 hours): After 48 hours, your order enters our production pipeline. Cancellations at this stage will incur a 25% order processing and production fee, and you will be refunded 75% of your payment.
- Non-Cancelable Orders: Please note that all custom fairing orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins immediately.

Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied with it?
Yes, under certain conditions. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. You must also contact us to initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the order. Custom fairings are non-returnable.

Who pays for the return shipping?
The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Since fairing kits are valuable and oversized, we strongly recommend using a trackable service (like UPS, FedEx, or DHL) and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for packages lost or damaged on their way back to us.
How are refunds processed and how long do they take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The funds will be issued back to your original method of payment.

What is the “30% restocking fee”?
For any return that is not due to a defect or our error (e.g., you changed your mind), we charge a 30% fee from the order amount. This covers our costs for inspection, cleaning, repackaging, and restocking the item.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or is defective?
Please contact us immediately! Upon receipt, please get in touch with us via the “Contact Us” page and provide detailed photos and/or a video of the damage or issue. After verification, we will be happy to arrange a replacement or a full refund.
