Pricing for Customization Services

We are committed to providing flexible customization options while maintaining a transparent pricing policy.

Free Basic Customization
We offer complimentary service for simple customization requests:

    • Standard color changes
    • Addition or removal of decals/logos
    • Simple adjustments to color layout

How to Order: Simply clearly describe your customization requirements in the "Order Notes" text box on the product page when placing your order. If you have reference images, we recommend uploading them as well, as this helps us understand your needs more accurately.

Please note: This type of customization does not incur additional fees and typically does not extend production time. However, once the order is confirmed, different cancellation and return policies will apply due to the personalized nature of custom goods.

Advanced Customization Services
For customization requests involving complex techniques, special materials, or significant labor hours, we will provide a personalized quote based on the specific design. Such requests typically include, but are not limited to:

    • Complex original graphic designs
    • Special effect paint finishes

Scope of Customization: What We Can and Cannot Do

To ensure the highest quality and safety standards, we have clear guidelines on the types of customization we can accommodate.

Customizations We Can Typically Accommodate:

    • Aesthetic Changes: Standard and custom color changes, addition or removal of standard decals and graphics, and adjustments to color layouts.
    • Basic Modifications: Adding or filling pre-existing mounting holes to accommodate specific accessories, within structural limits.

Customizations We Cannot Accommodate:

    • Structural Changes: Any modifications that alter the fundamental shape, geometry, or structural integrity of the fairings are strictly not possible. This includes cutting, reshaping, or splicing parts.
    • Creating New Mounting Points: We cannot re-stamp or create new primary mounting holes that would change the core fitment of the fairing to the motorcycle's frame or subframe.
    • Material Thickness: Changing the base material's thickness is not feasible, as it is determined by the original injection mold.
    • Specialty Paint Techniques: Certain highly complex, multi-stage custom paint jobs (e.g., intricate freehand airbrushing, chrome plating) may be beyond our current technical capabilities and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How to Order Custom Fairing Kit

The ordering process depends on the complexity of your customization to ensure the best results:

1. For Simple Customizations:

If your request involves standard color changes, adding/removing decals, or modifying color layouts, you can place your order directly online:

    • Step 1: Find the product you wish to purchase and clearly describe your customization requirements in the “Custom/Order Notes” text area.
    • Step 2 (Optional but helpful): Use the “Reference Image(s)” button on the same page to attach any reference images or diagrams.
    • Step 3: Add the item to your cart and complete your purchase as normal.

After receiving your order, our team will carefully review your customization notes and begin production. If we have any questions, we will contact you promptly.

2. For Complex Customizations:

For intricate designs involving completely custom paint schemes, complex graphics, or structural modifications, we strongly encourage you to contact us first before placing any order.

  • Process: Please reach out via our “Contact Us” page to discuss your vision with our specialist team. Once we fully understand your requirements and confirm they are feasible, you can either place the order online or we will generate and send you a direct payment link.

This two-step process helps us ensure that your unique vision is perfectly understood and achievable, guaranteeing a result you will love.

Production Time for Customization

We understand the importance of timely delivery and are committed to providing realistic timelines for your custom projects. Production times vary depending on the complexity of the customization.

Standard Customization
For basic modifications such as:

    • Standard color changes
    • Adding or removing decals
    • Adjusting color layouts

These services typically do not extend our standard production time. Your order can generally be completed and shipped within 15 business days.

Advanced Customization
For complex custom work requiring specialized techniques, including:

    • Chameleon/color-shift paint
    • Carbon fiber effect paint
    • Street to Race Fairing Conversion
    • Multi-layer graphic applications

These projects require additional time for meticulous execution. Production generally takes 20-25 business days, though exact timelines depend on the specific requirements of your design.

For Accurate Timelines: Since customization requirements can vary significantly, we strongly recommend contacting our customer service team before placing your order. We will provide you with a precise production timeline based on your specific customization needs.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy for Custom Fairings

Order Cancellation

    • Within 48 hours: Custom orders can be canceled free of charge with a full refund.
    • After 48 hours: All custom orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be canceled or modified. As production begins immediately after this period, no refunds can be issued.

Returns & Refunds

    • General Policy: Due to their personalized nature, all custom fairings are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once the 48-hour cancellation window has passed.
    • Exceptions: We will accept returns and provide a full refund or replacement only in the following specific cases:
      1. The product received has manufacturing defects that do not match the confirmed design specifications.
      2. We shipped the completely wrong item (e.g., a different model or a standard, non-custom fairing).
      3. The fairings have significant fitment issues that prevent proper installation on the designated motorcycle model.

Process for Valid Claims:
For a return request to be considered under these exceptions, you must:

    1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    2. Provide clear photo or video evidence clearly demonstrating the issue.
    3. Not have installed or attempted to install the fairings.

Important Notes:

    • Returns based solely on the color not being a perfect match to an OEM sample or a digital image on a screen are not accepted, as noted in our general policy. We strive for the closest possible match but cannot guarantee pixel-perfect accuracy.
    • Custom fairings are made exclusively for you and hold no resale value, which is why our policy is necessarily strict. We strongly recommend finalizing all design details before the 48-hour window closes.
